IN SEASON

There is a season for everything under the sun

There’s a time to die

And there’s a time to come alive. I have choices,

and I opt not to live in the past

The past is history and for reflection of where

I don’t wish my life to ever be

I choose now

Now is where I choose to irrigate my true destiny.

I’ll not give energy to negativity from my ego

or from others

I will not give room to fears because that’s not

part of the authentic me. I’ll not feed the

doubts and what-ifs that may

sometimes creep up within. These will only

stifle me and weaken my strength and growth.

I choose to go towards my higher calling. I

choose to give the utmost energy to

my assignments

The Good Lord knows my abilities, otherwise, He

would not have placed them

within me.

I’ll not falter.

I’ll not go off course.

After all, it took me some time to be here.

I was given the know-how

I’m fully equipped for the journey. And with

God’s grace, harvest time will be mine.
